Skrollr – A simple parallax scroller library

We recently found this lightweight JavaScript library that helps you to create beautiful parallax scrolling effects. This in simple terms is animation based on the users scrolling position. Skrollr a creation of Alexander Prinzhorn and his team was brought our attention when it was used by the Guardian in their recent US election coverage. This library is so easy to use and converts the scroll bar into a timeline, you do not have to know any JavaScript to use it and everything is defined in multiple custom style attributes on each dom element you want to animate.
